I know this is possible for you, because I’ve been there, and I’ve created this shift in my own life. My name is Callie Strouf and I spent years living with severe anxiety including panic attacks, PTSD flashbacks, bouts of depression, negative self-talk, and a constant electrical current of tension running through my body and mind.

So what changed?

​

After experiencing several deep losses, including 2 miscarriages, divorce, and the unexpected deaths of my father and brother, I knew I couldn’t continue living a life of “shoulds”, earning, and proving. I could feel that I was meant for more, and life could be bigger than just trying to survive.

 

I realized I needed to look inward, heal the way my mind had been conditioned to believe, take responsibility for my energy, and be intentional with who I was being in the world. I released the tension and created balance across my energetic system. I embodied the powerful and loving soul I came here to be. I realized the power and freedom of living a conscious, connected, and aligned life.

I see so many people carrying this tension and the weight of responsibilities, shame, guilt and fear. They’ve been working for years to check off all the externally assigned boxes like getting the right degree, job, certification, promotion, house, relationship, etc. but they still don’t feel like enough, complete, or worthy. That’s why I have developed the Energetic Evolution program.

 

Most people are afraid of what would happen if they released the anxiety, hypervigilance, or being the “responsible” one, and began the journey of reaching your next level. A year from now they will be in the exact same place they are right now. They’ll be living their life repeating the same day, week, month, and year for the rest of their lives and they’ll do their best to hold it all together. 

 

Most people disconnect and ignore the inner pull to evolve and access the expansive potential they are meant to be, because it can be hard to do this work when the very framework of our consciousness has been conditioned in the opposite direction. Nobody can walk this path alone. That’s why it’s important to get support to be able to identify and transform your survival behaviors, blocked energy, and soul potential.
